Instructions: Combine all ingredients except bread and season with salt and pepper. Adjust vinegar and oil to taste. Chill for 2 to 24 hours. (Salad will get juicer as it sits.) Toss and serve with torn (or cubed) bite-sized pieces of crusty bread to sprinkle over each serving & soak up juices.
