Beat cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in everything else, except beans and tortillas. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours (havent done that yet! I do more like a half hour). Blend beans in blender or food processor and spread over each tortilla. Spread cream cheese mixture on tom and roll each tortilla tightly and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready.
