1 tbl black bean garlic sauce (bottled)
1 tbl minced shallot
or mild red onion
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbl extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp mirin
1/4 tsp low sodium soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients.

NOTES : Asian seasonings and olive oil make an unusual vinaigrette that teased our taste buds. The recipe comes from Chef Tetsuya Wakuda of Tesuyas in Syndey, where he serves the vinaigrette with a seafood appetizer. Try it with a pasta and grilled poultry or mushroom salad.

Note that there is approximately 1 gram of fat per 2 tbsp serving.
