	Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp	Balsamic vinegar
2 tbl	Sambuca liqueur
2 tbl	Fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp	Black pepper
	----------------- SALAD ----------------
2 cup	Cooked black eyed peas
1/2 x	White onion, chopped
1/2 x	Red bell pepper, diced

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix with sald ingredients & rest at least half an hour before serving. Season if desired.
