Instructions: 1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Mix turkey, rice and thyme in large bowl. Shape into twelve large patties. Sprinkle pepper on patties, lightly pressing pepper into turkey. 3. Cook patties in nonstick skillet over medium heat about 12 minutes or until no longer pink, turning occasionally. 4.
