1 cup	water
1 cup	rye flour
1/2 cup	unbleached white flour
1 tsp	salt
2 tbl	gluten or 3 teaspoons Lora Brodys Bread Dough
	Enhancer (optional for a higher loaf)
1 tsp	sugar
1/2 cup	oat bran
2 tbl	caraway seeds
1 tsp	instant coffee (powder or granules)
1 tsp	minces dried onion
1/2 tbl	unsweetened cocoa

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all the ingredients in the machine, program for Bread, Whole Wheat, Basic Wheat, Whole Wheat/Multigrain, or Wheat, and press Start.

Makes 1 1/2 lb. loaf
