Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
15 gm Butter, ( 1/2oz)
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 x Leeks, finely shredded and thoroughly washed
5 ml Fresh ginger, finely shredded ( 1/4 inch)
2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
1 x 125 gram pac black trumpet mushrooms, brushed and sliced
1 dsh Soy sauce
1 pch Salt
1 pch Sugar
1 tsp Cornflour
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the butter and oil in a frying pan and over a moderate heat saute the leek, ginger and garlic for approximately 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and continue to saute for a further 3-4 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, salt and sugar and if the mixture is wet add the cornflour combined with the water. Serve immediately.

NOTES : A quick stir-fry accompaniment comprising of wild mushrooms, leeks, ginger and a dash of soy sauce.
