Instructions: Place the butter and oil in a frying pan and over a moderate heat saute the leek, ginger and garlic for approximately 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and continue to saute for a further 3-4 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, salt and sugar and if the mixture is wet add the cornflour combined with the water. Serve immediately. NOTES : A quick stir-fry accompaniment comprising of wild mushrooms, leeks, ginger and a dash of soy sauce. Email this Recipe:
