Instructions: Heat olive oil in saucepan, combine all ingredients, saute for one - two minutes.
PREPARATION of all tuna: Season the yellow fin tuna with spices on all four sides. Sear tuna on all four sides in a pre-heated hot pan with 4 Tbls. of olive oil. Slice the cooked tuna 1/4 of an inch thick. Place the sliced tuna on a dinner plate spreading the tuna from one end of the plate to the other. Place the cooked vegetables next to the tuna with the mustard sauce in the corner. Email this Recipe:
