1 cup fresh blackberries
7 tbl hot Dijon mustard
3 tbl honey
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add blackberries. Process about 1 minute or until smooth; strain and discard seeds.

Combine blackberry puree, Dijon mustard, and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

(serving size: 1 tablespoon)

Yield: 1 cup

NOTES : Store mustard in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to two weeks, if desired. Use Blackberry Mustard to make the sauce for Pork Tenderloins With Blackberry-Mustard Sauce, or serve it with grilled or roasted meats.
