Instructions:
Instructions: Blackened: Heat a black cast-iron skillet until it is very hot. Season single thickness chops with a spice mixture and add to pan.

Sauteed: To a heated skillet add the oil and butter. Season the chops with salt and pepper and add to pan.

Grilled: Season the chops and put on grill.
