Instructions: This works with almost any skinless fish filet or boneless chicken breasts.
I like salmon filets best. Remove the skin and the bones (if any still remain). 1. Combine seasonings in medium to large bowl. 2. Wash fish. Pat fish dry. 3. Coat fish thoroughly with seasonings. 4. Spray both sides of fish thoroughly with vegetable spray. 5. Grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness over hot griddle (cast iron if available), turning frequently. 6. Serve with a lemon wedge.
