1 tbl Cayenne
1 tbl Chili powder
1 tbl White pepper
1 tbl Black pepper
1 tbl Kosher salt
1 tbl Garlic powder
1 tbl Oregano
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Mix all together and store in a sealed container.

NOTES : True blackening is dusted on not caked on, no need to ruin your dinner!!!! This is a great spice!!
