1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 x eggs separated
1 cup boiling water
2 cup flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream sugar and yolks of eggs well. Add boiling water, flour, baking powder. Add beaten whites of eggs (folding in) and any flavoring. Bake in flat oblong pan (10 1/2x15 1/2x1). Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

After cake has cooled, cut into squares. Spread each cube with butter icing of your choice. Roll each cube in finely ground salted peanuts.
