8 oz cream cheese
1 stk margarine or butter
1 lb shrimp, peeled
1 lrg onion, chopped
1 x bell pepper, chopped
2 x ribs celery, chopped
2 tbl butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tbl garlic salt
1 tsp Tabasco
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 pt crab meat
3/4 cup cooked rice
sharp cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt cream cheese and 1 stick of butter in a double boiler. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper, and celery in 2 Tbs. butter. Add to the first mixture.

Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat, and rice, mix well. Place in a 2-qt. casserole dish and top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 - 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Freezes well.

Serves 8.
