1 pkt Eagle Mills San Francisco Sourdough mix
1 tbl ground marjoram
1 tbl ground basil
Instructions:
Instructions: Add Eagle Mills bread mix and water to bread machine as instructed on package. Add the spices on top. Sprinkle the bleu cheese on top of everything. Use "regular" or "basic" setting. Do NOT use delayed cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Comments: This is a light, fluffy and extremely flavorful bread. We recommend it as an accompaniment for a fresh garden salad. Also try it with a sliced turkey or chicken sandwich.
