Instructions: Prepare spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Mix Bleu cheese, chicken broth and butter. Cook, stirring frequently until thickened. Add mushrooms, peas, onion, red pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Pour over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Sprinkle with additional Bleu cheese, if desired. Garnish with capers.
