Instructions: In food processor, place cream cheese, ricotta, egg, sugar, and almond extract; blend until smooth.
Mound or pipe 2 heaping tablespoons cheese mixture down center of crepe. Fold sides around filling and place in 9- by 13-inch greased pan. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Fruit topping: Mix together orange juice and cornstarch in small bowl then place in saucepan; add fruit.
