1 pkt cream cheese - (3 oz) softened
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 x egg
2 tbl granulated sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 pkt ready-to-use crepes - (4 1/2 oz)
1 tbl melted butter
----------------- FRUIT TOPPING ----------------
2 tbl orange juice
1 tbl cornstarch
Instructions:
Instructions: In food processor, place cream cheese, ricotta, egg, sugar, and almond extract; blend until smooth.

Mound or pipe 2 heaping tablespoons cheese mixture down center of crepe. Fold sides around filling and place in 9- by 13-inch greased pan. Brush tops with melted butter.

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes.

Fruit topping: Mix together orange juice and cornstarch in small bowl then place in saucepan; add fruit.

Heat over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles; stirring constantly. Serve over warm crepes.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
