	Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup	Vodka
2 tsp	Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl	Freshly-grated horseradish
2 tbl	Minced onions
1 tsp	Minced garlic

Instructions:

Instructions: In a food processor, puree all the ingredients until smooth. Remove and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry.

This recipe yields about 1 cup of dipping sauce.
