1/3 cup parsley leaves
3 x garlic cloves
1 x onion quartered
2 lrg tomatoes peeled, seeded,
and quartered
1 can tomato juice - (46 oz)
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pch cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 cup vodka

1 x green pepper peeled, seeded,
and chopped fine
1 x cucumber peeled, seeded,
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender or food processor, chop the parsley, then drop in the garlic and onion. Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup of tomato juice, and the coriander. Stir into the rest of the tomato juice, with the Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, stir in vodka, ladle into bowls, and garnish with green pepper and cucumber. Serve with a side dish of ice packs.
