Instructions: Divide cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling salted water until just tender.
Drain and keep quarter pint of the stock. Place cauliflower in serving dish. Derind and cut up bacon into small pieces then fry in its own fat until crisp. Crumble cheese into a pan and add flour butter stock and milk. Stir over a medium heat until thickened then season. Pour sauce over cauliflower then sprinkle with crisps and bacon. Cook at 400 deg.F 200 deg.C for fifteen minutes. Email this Recipe:
