60 gm blue cheese of your choice
3 tbl sour cream or yoghurt
1 tbl olive oil
1 tbl white wine vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 x clove garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh minced parsley
few drops of tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Process all the ingredients together until thick and smooth then thin with water if desired to the correct consistency.

Use within 3 days and keep chilled before using.
