Instructions: Preheat oven to moderate (350 F). Press dough evenly in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon rind in a medium-size bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread cheese mixture over cookie dough. Dollop blueberry pie filling on cheese; swirl with a knife or small metal spatula. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F) for 35 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Cut into bars. Refrigerate.
