Instructions: Place rack on lowest postion in oven, preheat to 425. Combine filling with 1/2 tsp. peel pour into pastry. BAke 15 minutes. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk then lemon juice, vanilla & 1/2 tsp. peel. Pour over filling. Reduce heat to 350. BAke 25 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Garnish. Refrigerate leftovers.
