Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup margarine, soft
2 x egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
3 cup blueberries frozen, do not thaw
Topping
2 tbl all-purpose flour
2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 x egg lightly beaten
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon or orange rind grated
Instructions:
Instructions: In food processor or mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, margarine, egg whites and vanilla; mix well.

Press into bottom of 10 inch square cake pan, springform or flan pan, sprinkle with blueberries.

Topping: In bowl, sprinkle flour over yogurt. Add egg, sugar, rind and vanilla; mix until smooth. Pour over berries.

Bake in 350/180 oven for 60-70 minutes or until golden.

Serve warm or cold.
