1/2 cup Margarine
1 cup Milk* 1 1/4 if fresh Blue
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Sugar
2 x Eggs
4 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 cup Blueberries,Fresh If Frozen, unthawed
----------------- Streusel Topping: ----------------
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Cinnamon,Ground
1/2 cup Butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Cake: Combine all ingredients except blueberries and streusel topping (batter will be stiff). When well mixed, fold in berries and spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with streusel topping. Bake 50 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees, or until tester inserted into cake comes out clean.

Streusel: Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with pastry cutter until fine. Stir in nuts with fork, then crumble with fingers to make streusel topping.
