1 tbl Vegetable oil
2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp Minced peeled fresh gingerroot
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender puree ingredients until smooth. Serve dressing immediately. (Dressing will separate if made ahead.)

This recipe yields 2/3 cup.
