Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar and orange juice. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let cool. In a blender or food processor, combine cooked blueberry mixture, water and corn syrup. Mix well.

Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions.
