Instructions: * Note: Frozen blueberries can also be used, but be sure to drain them really well first.
In a medium bowl, combine gelatin, sugar, lime juice, and boiling water, stirring until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Chill for about 1 hour, or until slightly thickened. Beat gelatin until light-colored and doubled in volume. Beat in whipped topping, then gently fold in blueberries. Pour into a 4- to 5-cup gelatin mold. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours, or until firm. Dip the mold in warm water and unmold onto a large serving platter. This recipe yields 10 servings. Email this Recipe:
