Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 425F/210C degrees. Grease muffin tins.
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Mix together egg, melted butter and milk. Pour into dry ingredients and whisk briefly to blend into a smooth batter. Shake a little flour over the berries to coat them and fold gently into the batter. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 20 minutes. Serve warm. These freeze well. Email this Recipe:
