Instructions: (The Body Sculpting Diet Plan) These muffins are delicious.
Preheat the oven to 425F. Combine the oat bran, flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix. Add the milk, egg whites and oil. Stir until moist. Fold in the fruits and vanilla. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray and fill cup two thirds full. Bake for 25 minutes. Makes nine muffins. Email this Recipe:
