Instructions: In a saucepan, combine blueberries and orange juice concentrate.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat slightly and cook, stirring, for 20 minutes or until juice has nearly evaporated. Stir in sweetener. Cook 5 minutes longer. Spoon into sterilized container and seal with sterilized lid. Store in cool, dry, dark place. Or cover and store in refrigerator up to 4 weeks.
