Instructions: Combine the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove lemon and cinnamon stick, and puree soup in blender until smooth and velvety. Cool, then chill thoroughly in refrigerator at least 5 hours. Just before serving, stir in half-and-half.
