Instructions: 1. Skin the bluefish, (no need to scale it if you remove the skin) cut the filets down to the back bone. Place the filets on a broiler pan lined with lettuce leaves.
2. Baste the filets with a mayonaise based salad dressing (creamy cucumber works well). Add salt and pepper. 3. Broil for approximately 10 minutes, or until the fish is just turning light brown. Email this Recipe:
