Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 lb Bluefish Fillets (about = lb. per serving), rinsed in cold water and
patted dry
4 clv garlic, mashed
2 x Mangos, 1 mashed for marinade, 1 cut into slices as a garnish
2 x Lemons, cut into wedges
1 sm Papaya, mashed
2 x Chili Peppers (to taste), finely chopped
3 tbl Lime Juice
1 x = Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: In a bowl, add garlic, mango, papaya, lime juice, chili peppers, cilantro and oil and whisk briskly to blend; marinate Bluefish Fillets in mixture, cover and refrigerated (1 hour). Arrange Fillets in a buttered broiling pan; broil (6-8 minutes) 4-5" from heat source; baste regularly with marinade.

Serve hot, garnished with mango slices and wedges of lemon to the side.
