Instructions: Spread the pesto sauce on the boboli. Lay the sun dried tomatoes on top (I laid them on paper towels to get some of the excess oil off). Cover top with grated cheese. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut in diamond shapes, then cut shapes in half to get finger-sized triangles. Serve warm.
