1 lb Ground chuck
1 x Yellow onion medium diced
4 cup Water
1 can Carrots with juice
1 can Peas with juice
1 can Tomato wedges with juice
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, (western style/country style)
3 x Potatoes, up to 5, sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste. After the meat is browned, add other ingredients bring to boil for 30 minutes. Turn down and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours. Simmer for 30 minutes.
