Instructions: Combine all ingredients except onion, giblets and duck. Boil onion and giblets until almost tender; grind in food grinder. Add to rice mixture and stir. Pack chicken or duck with stuffing as roast as usual. Left-over stuffing can be baked in a buttered casserole.
