900 gm fresh asparagus trimmed and peeled if necessary
140 gm interesting melting cheese (gorgonzola taleggio parmesan are good)
1 sm handful of fresh herbs to include basil
marjoram and parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook your asparagus in boiling salted water until tender.

Drain and place in a bowl with your broken up cheese herbs and seasoning. Toss over until the cheese has semi melted and serve.

When Im on my way home from work I just pick up any interesting cheese that will melt and be sticky and stringy and coat my beautiful asparagus. Its dead easy and it makes perfect sense.
