Instructions: Cook your asparagus in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain and place in a bowl with your broken up cheese herbs and seasoning. Toss over until the cheese has semi melted and serve. When Im on my way home from work I just pick up any interesting cheese that will melt and be sticky and stringy and coat my beautiful asparagus. Its dead easy and it makes perfect sense.
