Instructions: Heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; saute until tender, about 8 minutes. Reduce heat. Add chili sauce, beer, molasses, vinegar, bourbon and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer until reduced to 2 cups, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes. Stir in hot pepper sauce. (can be made up to 1 month ahead. Cover; chill.) Makes about 2 cups. Email this Recipe:
