Instructions: Beat eggs and sugar together till creamy, about 3 min. Stir in butter and grated peel. Sift together flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, cutting and folding until well blended - Dont beat!!!

Bake in greased 10" tube pan at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes or until done. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool; serve and enjoy.
