Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Combine rice, fruit, onion, 2 teaspoons of the curry powder, and chicken broth in a 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking dish; stir well. Arrange chicken over rice mixture. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, paprika, and remaining 2 teaspoons curry powder; brush over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour, until chicken is tender and liquid is absorbed.
