Instructions: 1. Wash and trim broccoli. Cut into small flowerettes.
2. Scrape carrots. Slice thin in food processor. 3. Simmer veggies in enough water to steam them. Cover. 4. Cut chicken into strips. Add to veggies. Veggies should cook about 7 minutes in all. Chicken should be tender, and cooked through. Drain it all. 5. While the rest is cooking, whirl the other ingredients in the food processor, starting with the garlic and ginger. 6.
