Instructions: Heat oven to 350. grease and flour pan, 9 x 13 or 2 round 8 in pans.

In large bowl mix butter, Splenda, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.

Beat 5 minutes on high speed scraping bowl occasionally. On low speed to mix in flour alternately with milk. Pour into pan(s) and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

Variations:
Top with strawberries
Add chopped pecans to batter
Use lemon flavoring instead of vanilla
