3 lb real butter
2 cup chopped garlic
2 can mushrooms (4 oz. ea.) drained
2 can anchovies (2 oz. ea.) drained
Celery sticks
hard-crust bread
bread sticks
Instructions:
Instructions: In large skillet, melt butter, over medium heat. Add chopped garlic. Chop mushrooms and anchovies. Add to garlic and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until garlic, mushrooms and anchovies are very soft, about 30 minutes.

Smash garlic, mushrooms and anchovies with a fork. Pour into serving bowl. Serve with bread, celery or lettuce.
