16 oz Canned Bing cherries drained
2 tbl Granulated sugar
1 pch Ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: In saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, cinnamon, and Bordeaux wine. Bring to boil. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Chill. Serve in sherbet glasses.

Suggested Wine: Chilled Bordeaux Sauternes; sweet Semillon.
