2 med	cucumbers with skin halved, seeded,
	and cut into 1/2" slices
1/4 x	red Spanish onion cut 1/2" dice
1 lrg	ripe tomato diced
8 oz	Paul Newmans Own olive oil
	and vinegar dressing
1 tsp	dry dill weed
1/2 tsp	dry parsley flakes minced

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine cucumbers with the rest of the ingredients in non-metal refrigerator container, tightly covered. Marinate for 24 hours in fridge before serving. Do not freeze.
