Instructions: Into collins glass, pour lemon juice, sugar, and 2 oz club soda. Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and add rum. Fill with club soda or ginger ale and stir again. Add a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over rim of glass.
