Instructions: Wash and dry lettuce leaves; tear into bite-size pieces. Wrap in paper towel or tea towel and refrigerate until serving time.
In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in oil. Just before serving, whisk cream into vinaigrette. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Drizzle over lettuce and toss. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
