Instructions: Soak mussels in cold water 15 minutes and scrub to remove any dirt.
Peel and devein prawns, cut fish fillets into 4cm X 4cm pieces. Dice onions. Heat butter in a pan, add onion and garlic and saute gently 2 minutes. Add seafood and cook gently 5 minutes, stirring gently. Add white wine, tomatoes paste, stock, tabasco, lemon juice, saffron and sugar. Simmer 5 minutes. Season well. Serve immediately sprinkled with chopped parsley. Serves 4. A delicious European soup. Serve with plenty of fresh bread. Email this Recipe:
