2 lb	softened whole butter
2 tbl	minced garlic
2 x	oranges, zested and juiced
1 tbl	ground star anise
1 tbl	saffron threads
1 tbl	toasted and ground fennel seed
1/2 tbl	Chimayo chili powder
2 tbl	herb mix, recipe follows

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl when the butter is soft. Store refrigerated.
